La reducción de capital acordada no lleva aparejado el derecho de oposición para los acreedores, ni la devolución de aportaciones a los socios.\nComo consecuencia de la reducción de capital social, se modifica el artículo 5 de los Estatutos que pasa a tener la siguiente redacción:\n1. El capital social se fija en la cantidad de sesenta y un mil novecientos setenta y tres euros con cinco céntimos (61.973,05 €), representado por un millón doscientos treinta nueve mil cuatrocientos sesenta y un acciones al portador (1.239.461), con un valor nominal de cinco céntimos de euro (0,05 €) cada una de ellas y numeradas correlativamente del uno al un millón doscientos treinta y nueve mil cuatrocientos sesenta y uno (1 al 1.239.461), consecutivas además de una sola serie, por lo que todas ellas tendrán idénticos derechos y obligaciones de todo orden.\n2.- El capital está íntegramente suscrito y desembolsado.
